Terms and Conditions My registration payment is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person with prior notification to the organizers of the Atlanta Varsity Showdown. By checking the box on the Registration Page, I accept the no-refund policy and all Terms and Conditions. I understand that swing dancing is both physical and athletic, and therefore poses some natural risks, for which I accept full responsibility. Furthermore I agree not to hold the Atlanta Varsity Showdown, its organizers, or ASEDA legally or morally responsible for any injury or mental discomfort I experience under any circumstance. Therefore, I hereby waive any and all liability claims against the Atlanta Lindy Exchange, its organizers, their agents and instructors, or their agents for any and all injuries which I might suffer during, and/or as a result of, my participation in the Atlanta Varsity Showdown, October 13-16, 2011 in Atlanta, GA, and its surrounding areas and parking lots. I also assume all responsibility and liability for any injuries I might suffer, or cause, during, and/or as a result of my participation in the Atlanta Varsity Showdown, October 13-16, 2011 in Atlanta, GA, and its surrounding areas and parking lots. Furthermore, I absolve the Atlanta Varsity Showdown, its organizers, their agents of any and all responsibility for future injuries I might suffer or cause as a result of my participation in the Atlanta Varsity Showdown Event and dances, October 13-16, 2011 in Atlanta, GA, and its surrounding areas and parking lots. I understand that the Atlanta Varsity Showdown is a drug free environment, and that smoking will be permitted only outside the buildings during the event. By executing this waiver, I state that I am in good physical and mental health and know of no reason why I should be unable to fully participate in this activity. I understand that Atlanta Varsity Showdown intends to record my participation in the classes, dances, and special events on videotape, film, and in photographs. I expressly grant the Atlanta Varsity Showdown the unlimited right and authority to use any such recording in any and all media by whatever ways or means with no obligation to me. Such recordings are the sole property of the Atlanta Varsity Showdown. The Atlanta Varsity Showdown reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time, and will update our registrants with the new version when and if that occurs. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Registration and Discount Policy Receipt of Payment Your registration is NOT complete until we have received your payment. You may register in a lower price bracket, but if the registration team does not receive your payment before that bracket is full, you will be counted as registering in the next bracket. This is to ensure the fair application of all early registration discounts. Discounts Available to Individuals ASEDA Discount: Every ASEDA 2011 member is entitled to a $5 discount off the regular registration price of their full-weekend pass. Discounts Available to Student Groups Group Discount: School Groups of 10 or more students with valid student IDs are eligible to receive the Group Discount according to the following: Group of 10-11 - $70 each Group of 12-14 - $65 each Group of 15+ - $60 each Group leaders must email registration@atlantavarsityshowdown.com with the names of the students in their group and copies of each student’s ID.
